Please review the following abuse complaint and provide us with a resolution:

Hello,
I have been receiving DDOS threats and attacks from the owner of the VPS on the
following IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
While he isn't committing these attacks from this VPS, it is his only VPS that
he has public.
I do not have any proof of this, as my server on another host (that is a victim)
has been null routed because of this.
Is there anything I can do as a victim?
