  79. It's so weird because when I pull off a brutality and it stays in 60fps throughout and even for the win animation, it looks so good. Instead I locked the game to 60fps in the nvidia inspector. Actually you can really make the game run too fast on highest settings except antialiasing. Experience the Next Generation of the 1 Fighting Franchise.

So wheter its running slow or tooo fast, turn on the steam overlay for fps and see what you framerate is realtive to 60fps. After about 50 unplayable matches tonight I got a playable one, even though I lost 1 - 5 it was a lot of fun because it wasn't laggy with button delay.
